  • , 3 Level Service CallOn a Level 2 Call, all Your Air Technicians shall perform all tasks and procedures for a Level 1 call and in addition shall;
  • , 3 Level Service CallConfirm arrival electronically prior to approaching the house
  • , 3 Level Service CallConfirm technical issues electronically
  • , 3 Level Service CallRequest customer to provide location of all equipment including filters, thermostat, furnace or air handler and outdoor unit electronically
  • , 3 Level Service CallRequest homeowner to keep family members and pets away from necessary work areas during the call if technician must enter home
  • , 3 Level Service CallAt certain times may request electronically for a customer to adjust thermostat etc to avoid having to enter the home multiple times
  • , 3 Level Service CallProvide a comprehensive list of equipment status, (options sheet) electronically to homeowner prior to performing any services or installing products
  • , 3 Level Service CallAcquire approval electronically from customer before performing any service or installing products
  • , 3 Level Service CallProvide any and all documentation for call electronically and send to customer
